Creative Direction

With a keen understanding of group psychology informing our approach, I design for a complete sensory experience. My priority is always to listen intently to what's important to you and bringing to life these priorities in the overarching event vision.
Event
Design
Complete and curated event design. Custom illustrations and look-books to communicate design, the highest quality vendors, unique and fresh concepts and details, custom décor and incredibly fun entertainment. While our reputation has been built on relaxed outdoor celebrations, custom tented events, and personalized destination weekends, our best work is done when we collaborate with clients interested in stewarding their resources for the most creative and personal impact, and want to take a unique approach to re-envisioning an event space just for them.
Planning & Event Management
More than checklists and spreadsheets, detailed planning and coordination ensures confidence and peace of mind that the elements come together seamlessly. Includes knowledgeable space-planning and timelines, vendor team coordination, guest list and seating management, event staffing, photographer collaboration, and more. You will work primarily with Stefanie during the planning process, while our amazing support staff keeps our processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Our team will then seamless coordinate and produce your event, while you shine as the host, enjoying every beautiful moment and memory.
Styling
Thoughtful setup, arrangement, and adjustment on-location along with a carefully planned timeline that allows for your celebration to be captured the way you remember it - with effortless attention to detail in the way we execute your design for the best possible presentation for both guests and camera. (Effortless, of course, takes effort in the planning!) Includes insight, styling and sourcing for bridal and wedding party attire and accessories.
